Hjem/Home is opgericht door twee vrouwen van in de veertig met maar liefst 6 kinderen tussen hen variërend in leeftijd van 21 tot 6!! Beide alleenstaande moeders werken hard om hun kinderen te laten zien dat niets onbereikbaar is met hard werken!
