They also have no artificial colors or flavors, and there are no harmful chemicals, no pesticides, no herbicides and no fungicides. All bars are sweetened with local honey. We work closely with local beekeepers to guarantee that our chocolate bars only feature quality honey, and that the bees are being treated humanely. All cacao used in our chocolate is an heirloom strain bean. The cacao hails from Peru, harvested by workers who are paid fair trade wages. The cacao used is raw, certified organic, and certified fair trade. All other ingredients are raw and certified organic. With the exception of our honey, which is locally sourced.
