Octopus Adventure features hand painted acrylics on free standing steel and offers both functional and decorative pieces. Specializing in the whimsically sophisticated world of bright colors… blue oceans, green grasses, yellow suns, red umbrellas, and pink polka dots - Tim and Rebecca Bush work together to handcraft each piece on the coast of North Carolina. They are inspired by their love of the ocean and include many nautical pieces - octopus, mermaids, crabs - along with sports, princesses, flowers and more. Many sculptures can be posed to hold business cards, photos, or jewelry, making them both functional and decorative. With a rust resistant primer and a clear coat sealant, they are also perfect for beach houses, bathrooms, kitchens and more. “Did you ever wonder what happened to that girl from second grade that handmade each and every valentine? A few decades later and I’m all grown up, now - mostly… given enough free time, I think I’d still make my own valentines.”
