Black Walnut Oil, harvested locally in Asheville, North Carolina, is an excellent source of essential fatty acids that are vital for skin and scalp health. Walnut Oil contains high concentrations of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) which are converted to omrgas-3’s. Also prevalent is omega-6 fatty acid linoleic acid (LA)which is the most predominant fatty acid in the skin. Spruce Essential Oil has been touted as an anti-inflammatory with antiseptic properties good for skin and scalp.
