Our cafes serve thousands of customers daily in neighborhoods throughout the city, from Tribeca and Soho to Greenwich Village and Hudson Yards. We take great pride in how we do business. For each coffee we import, we pay a premium price and partner with the farmer or producer to implement a project that gives back to the coffee-growing community. Lady Falcon Coffee Club is an independent, female founded coffee & tea company based in San Francisco. We hail from a far-out corner of San Francisco, where city meets ocean We are lady coffee-bean roasters, creators and tastemakers. We are trailblazing the way with cascara tea (rich in antioxidants). We are vintage-truck-driving baristas. We explore, dream, and discover. We believe happiness looks gorgeous on you. Coffee has been and continues to be a male dominated industry. Less than 13% of all coffee roasters are women. The coffee shelf at the grocery store is dominated by masculine, minimalist design schemes. Lady Falcon embraces our femininity with pink pastel bags featuring a Mucha-esque goddess and a wax seal. We're female founded, and female run - we craft roast coffee with style.

We are a small batch roaster located in the foothills of Virginia, roasting premium 100% Arabica coffee beans. We use a unique roasting method to ensure our customers are provided with high quality coffee. Unlike Drum Roasters, our fluid bed roaster uses convection to roast the beans. This means that the air is roasting the coffee rather than the surface of the roaster. This results in a more even roast while Drum roasters leave a bitter/burnt taste. 99% of all coffee is Drum roasted, and I am proud to be apart of the 1% that use fluid bed roasting.

We opened the doors to our first cafe in downtown Greenville, SC on February 11, 2015 with pennies in the bank and a line out the door. And we've been obsessing over hosting and roasting ever since! We're Ally Walsh and Casey Wojtalewicz, and we met in Beachwood Canyon in Los Angeles. A model and musician, we fell in love with coffee together. In our travels for work, we would seek out the best local roasters to send beans home to each other, and we came to truly cherish the moments when we could enjoy our favorite morning ritual together—making coffee for each other. Casey started working in coffee as a barista, and became friends with James Klapp, a talented roaster. After a few years, it all culminated in the idea to turn our collective passion into something we could pour their love and energy into and share with the world. We decided to start Canyon Coffee in early 2016, and launched in October of that year with a pop-up at our friend Christy Dawn's shop in Venice, CA. We began by sourcing exclusively organic coffee, with the goal of roasting to develop coffees that were naturally sweet, balanced, and caramelly, and easy to make taste great at home.

Reputation Beverage Company started out as a passion. Owner, Eric Elliott, began experimenting with kombucha after parting ways with a large-scale commercial brewery he co-founded. After discovering the never-ending health benefits and unlimited creativity kombucha holds, Eric decided he wanted to share his passion and shake up to kombucha market. Enter: Reputation Beverage Company. Eric's reputation for producing high quality, handcrafted and creative beverages is well known throughout the local craft community. So it only made sense to name the brand "Reputation" as a promise and a reminder that Eric's drinks would be a reflection of his remarkable reputation in the craft beverage community. In 2018, Eric became a partner of TCB Coffee Co in Lansing and DeWitt to enable him to commercially produce and sell his Reputation brand beverages. TCB Coffee Co was a well known craft coffee shop that makes some of the most unique coffee drinks around. Shortly after becoming a partner, Eric purchased TCB Coffee Co outright and re-branded the coffee shop as Reputation Beverage Co. Eric immediately began experimenting with the coffee side of the business, introducing a line of NITRO INFUSED canned cold brew coffee, barrel aged coffees and more. Reputation Beverage Company now produces and distributes a full line of canned kombucha, canned nitro cold brew coffee and sparkling tea, in addition to the handcrafted espresso and coffee cocktails produced in house.
