About Abbey & CA Gift

Abbey and CA Gift is proud to be entering its 105th year in business in 2024! Cathedral Art Metal was founded in 1920 as a manufacturer of beautiful metal giftware. Abbey Press was founded in 1867 and throughout its rich history, was known as a printer and manufacturer of heartwarming and uplifting gifts. In 2016, Cathedral Art acquired the wholesale trade division of Abbey Press and became CA Gift and Abbey Gift. Three years ago, we updated our brand to Abbey + CA Gift, but we are the same innovative and service-oriented manufacturer and distributor of inspirational giftware we’ve always been. Our headquarters are in Providence, Rhode Island, and we maintain a sales and creative staff in both Providence and southern Indiana. In addition to our Rhode Island factory, we also own and operate a manufacturing facility in El Salvador, Central America where our 150 employees receive fair wages, benefits and a safe and healthy work environment. We are proud to have been and continue to be an ethical and family-run operation for 100 years. Read their story
