Self Care Co. was founded in 2018 by Nicole and Adelaide with their two cavapoo’s Bramble and Willow. Nicole discovered aromatherapy as a therapeutic outlet through difficult periods of anxiety and low mood in her early 20s and from that Self Care Co. was born. This in mind, creating a candle with essential oils seemed to be the perfect way to find a moment of peace in the hectic world we live in. We are very passionate about Mental Health + Wellbeing at Self Care Co. and talk openly about it on our social media channels and at our workshops. We also have an ethical "BE KIND" clothing line to promote kindness. Self Care Co. is a cruelty free and zero-waste, small family business 💚
