Kristi Hayashida is the owner, designer, and maker of Keiko Jewelry. Her love for making jewelry developed as a young girl, and it quickly became one of her favorite hobbies. Later in life, she learned how to dive for shells along the shores of Oahu, Hawaii. By bringing these two passions together, she was able to create unique, ocean-inspired pieces using shells and sea glass, which is how Keiko Jewelry eventually came to fruition. Since then, the brand has evolved to classic and dainty designs to help women feel effortlessly beautiful and comfortable in their own skin. The word “Keiko” is Kristi’s middle name, and means “blessing” in Japanese. She hopes that each piece of jewelry you receive will be a blessing, as every item is individually handcrafted and made with love.
