Our SCHIESSER BEEKEEPING in Grävenwiesbach For over 40 years, harvesting honey, caring for our bee colonies and a love of nature have been the focus of our family's lives. Our company in the Taunus is now run by the second generation - the wealth of experience and the emotional connection between our parents and their life plan is a priceless resource for us sons, Julius and Marek Schiesser and a cornerstone for all future-oriented movements in beekeeping. We harvest our regional honeys mainly in the Hochtaunus Nature Park and surrounding landscapes, which have a high level of botanical diversity and originality. But our hard-working bee colonies are also in Brandenburg and in the Black Forest. We now have over 150 bee colonies, which makes us one of the few professional beekeepers in Germany. The hallmark of our honey varieties is 100% traceability with a "single origin" guarantee - this means that the honey varieties come from a fixed area of ​​origin and it is impossible for varieties from different regions to be mixed together. We are also proud of a large selection of single-variety honeys - these are honeys that were largely obtained from the nectar of a single flow and are therefore allowed to bear the name of the flower.
