We use a unique slow roasting process that results in evenly coated and delicately crunchy gourmet nuts that are dry the touch. This handcrafted technique requires a lot of time and attention, but the payoff is perfectly roasted nuts with their full nutty, sweet and subtly spiced flavors coming through. We source our nuts from local farmers who grow their crops in nearby Chico, California and the San Joaquin Valley of Central California. We have a short list of premium ‘better-for-you’ ingredients including cage free egg whites, sea salt, pure cane sugar, fresh cinnamon and other premium spices. We never use artificial flavors or colors, additives, corn syrups, oils, extracts or preservatives. Our products check the nutritional boxes that matter most: all natural, gluten free, non GMO, soy & dairy free, zero cholesterol, zero trans fat, and certified Kosher.
