What is Faire Source?

Faire Source is a new shopping experience that makes it easier and more cost-effective for retailers to buy from you, enabling your continued growth on Faire. It allows Insider retailers to place a single order across multiple brands with one low minimum and free shipping on every order.

Faire Source is powered by Fulfilled by Faire, a fulfillment service for brands that handles storage, packing, shipping, and returns. Only products fulfilled this way are eligible to appear in Faire Source.

Faire Source is currently a beta program and is only available to select Insider retailers based in the continental US.

What is Fulfilled by Faire?

Fulfilled by Faire is a new fulfillment program we’re piloting with select brands. Participating brands send inventory to a central warehouse where storage, packing, shipping, returns, and order issues are all handled on your behalf.

Products fulfilled this way can appear in Faire Source, making it easier for retailers to buy from you.

How do Faire Source and Fulfilled by Faire connect?

Faire Source is retailer-facing, while Fulfilled by Faire is brand-facing. Only products stored and shipped through Fulfilled by Faire are eligible to appear in Faire Source.

Why are only some brands eligible for Fulfilled by Faire right now?

We’re currently piloting both Fulfilled by Faire and Faire Source with a small group of brands. As we learn and improve the experience, we’ll expand the program.

Is Fulfilled by Faire right for my brand?

Fulfilled by Faire is a strong fit if:

• You want to reach more retailers with lower order minimums and free shipping benefits.
  
  
• You’re open to outsourcing fulfillment to save time and reduce costs.
  
  
• Your products are operationally suitable (ex: shelf-stable, not made-to-order, and not overly bulky).
  
  

It may not be a good fit if your products are perishable, highly customized, or low-velocity SKUs that are expensive to store or ship.

How can my brand join?

Fulfilled by Faire is not open to all brands yet. If you’re interested in joining, you can join the waitlist here.

We’ll ask about your current fulfillment setup and products to help prioritize brands as we scale.

What are the requirements to join Faire Source?

To participate in Faire Source, your brand must:

1. Fulfill your complete catalog with Fulfilled by Faire
   
   
2. Participate in the Insider Partnership program (Insider Partner, not Basic)
   
   
3. Agree to let Faire set your brand’s US order minimum
   
   
4. Agree to let Faire set your brand’s US lead time
   
   

The program is currently invite-only, but we plan to expand in 2026.

What does it cost to join Faire Source?

Once you’re using Fulfilled by Faire, there is no additional cost to participate in Faire Source.

What retailers can order through Faire Source?

Faire Source is available to most Insider retailers the continental US. We plan on expanding to all retailers in the continental U.S. in 2026.

What benefits do retailers get when they shop through Faire Source?

Retailers shopping through Faire Source get:

1. A single order minimum across participating brands
   
   
2. Free shipping on all orders
   
   

How do order minimums work with Faire Source?

Faire Source offers a single order-level minimum across participating brands. Retailers can shop for products from multiple Faire Source brands to meet this minimum.

If a retailer only wants to buy from your brand, they’ll need to meet the minimum with only products from your brand.

Can I still sell to retailers who aren’t eligible for Faire Source?

Yes, retailers who don’t qualify for Faire Source can still shop with your brand.

They won’t receive Faire Source benefits, and they’ll need to meet the minimum using only your products.

Faire reserves the right to modify or cancel the Faire Source program at any time.

Faire, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate brands and retailers from participating in the Faire Source program and suspend or terminate your Faire Source benefits. For example, we may take such action in the event of fraud, error, or or if you violate the Faire Terms of Service. If your Faire account is terminated or suspended for any reason, you will no longer be able to participate in Faire Source and all related benefits will cease.
