90-day payment terms on your first order with brands on Faire

Faire is offering select retailers 90-day payment terms for first orders with any brand.

Here’s how the offer works:

1. Place an order with any brand you haven’t bought from before on Faire.
2. Only orders marked as ship ASAP are eligible for 90-day payment terms. If you purchase a pre-order or choose a scheduled ship date, the order no longer qualifies for 90-day payment terms.
3. If the order is within your assigned 90-day terms limit, you may use 90-day terms on that order. (If the order is more than your 90-day term limit, you must either use your 60-day payment terms or else pay on shipment.
4. If you choose to use your 90-day payment terms, your payment method on file won’t be charged until 90 days after you place an order (or 90 days after the ship date if fulfillment takes more than 14 days).

This offer is non-transferable and available exclusively by invitation. Faire may discontinue or alter the terms of this offer at any time. The 90-day payment terms constitutes a “Terms Account” under section 6.c.i. of the Faire Wholesale, Inc. Retailer Terms of Service. By accepting this offer, you agree that all obligations under section 6 of the Retailer Terms of Service apply to your use of the 90-day terms account, except that Faire will not charge your account for purchases placed with 90-day terms until invoices for such purchases are due 90 days after the order is placed. Your acceptance of and use of a 90-day terms account does not modify your use of your existing 60-day terms account, which will maintain a separate balance.
