Online-only refers to a retailer who sells exclusively through their website, and who does not have a brick-and-mortar store.
Do I have to sell to online-only retailers?
No, you aren’t required to sell to online-only retailers. You can update your account settings to block incoming orders from retailers who don’t have a physical store.
To edit your online-only retailer settings:
- Select Marketplace from the left side of your portal.
- Choose Account settings from the options that appear.
- Scroll down to the Retailer options section.
-
Set the Sell to online-only retailers toggle to Off.
- To allow orders from online-only retailers, set the toggle to On.
- Press Save so your changes apply.
Disabling online-only retailers will also block orders from social sellers. For more information, please see What are social sellers?
Are retailers able to sell on third party sites?
Retailers may operate an online boutique website, or sell exclusively on social media platforms. Social selling is limited to Facebook, Instagram, and CommentSold. Retailers selling on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, private Facebook groups, Poshmark, Cratejoy, Tiktok, or other marketplaces are not accepted.
If you find your products are being sold by your retailers on a third party website, please reach out to our team and we’ll connect you with a support specialist to help.
