Dried Royal Velvet lavender bundles are carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper and tied with Kraft ribbon. Most bundles measure between 12-14” long, and contain 100 or more stems. Place this striking bundle in a vase to enjoy the beauty of the flowers. Dried lavender can last years! Royal Velvet is an English lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) and is classified as a dark blue variety. It dries into a gorgeous purple and has a soothing, mild fragrance. Dried lavender needs disturbance to release the oils of the plant, so a bundle on its own doesn't "throw" fragrance like a candle or chemical air freshener. Lavender stem bundles are beautiful and long-lasting, but for scent, we recommend our lavender sachets. Royal Velvet is considered a culinary variety, and we use it in our lemonade, hot tea and cookies (yes, cookies, chocolate chip cookies, they’re amazing!)
