We have been making our Sauce for over 30 years and it has been the same recipe for the last twelve We call it Vegitarian Garlic Sauce because our veggie-tarian children made us take out the cheeses. When we did, it became a universal sauce that can be used on pasta, meat, vegetables, salads, bread and is wonderful on tomatoes and just about everything else. After years of people begging us to sell our sauce, we finally got the needed approvals and started selling it mostly in Farmer's Markets in 2011. We are now in a few local stores as well. We currently have five products. Our Sicilian Sauce goes on everything as a Mediterranean seasoning. We also have a Garlic Butter Mix for Bread or Sauté. Herbal Dip and Spread for seasoning sauces or anything creamy for dips or spreads. Grandma's RUB for any type of meat but is perfection on Pork. Our newest product, Fish Sprinkle has become our most popular spice blend and is great on any type of fish including tuna salad.Read their story
