The brewery known as La Nouvelle Gallia was born 1890, in what is now the 14th arrondissement of Paris. It prospered for many years until the 1960s when the brewery was eventually abandoned. Schoolmates Guillaume Roy and Jacques Ferté, decided to resurect the production and createone of Paris' first modern craft beer brands. In 2009, the brewery was relaunched and in 2016 Gallia was revived in Pantin, 1.5km NE of Paris. Passionate, somewhat crazy, and always experiementing, our team aims to make beers that resemble us and that we take pleasure in brewing- we are motivated by the love of craft beer. We strive to help bring the beer industry into the more ecologigical world of the future, by introducing re-employable bottles in 2023 and brewing with nearly entirely organic products.
