Hi! I’m Paola, a Peruvian artist based in New England. I’m the one woman show behind Sumaq. From a very young age I've felt drawn to colors and the ability to create things with my own hands. In time that curiosity grew into a real passion. When I found polymer clay, it felt like an instant click. I could interpret what was floating in my brain and turn it into something tangible that I could share with others. It brings me true joy to create these treasured colorful and whimsical pieces of art right from my tiny home studio.
