About The Rub Club

The Rub Club is an enthusiastic club by and for outdoor cooking enthusiasts who share a passion for surprisingly tasty and healthy food. More than two years ago, I unexpectedly ended up in a burnout and started cooking on a therapeutic basis, following a recipe proved to be very mindful. Due to the lovely summer weather of 2020, this moved outside. Through barbecuing, I came into contact with various bbq rubs, many of which, in my opinion, contain too much salt. The excessive amount of salt affects the quality and therefore the taste of the meat, but don't forget the wine/beer - food combination either. This made me decide to do things differently. The goal was a perfect balance of high-quality herbs and spices and to reduce the salt content as much as necessary. Inspiration what to do with these rubs?
