About Café Guzo

Café Guzo was born from my encounter with True Coffee. I then discovered that coffee was about trees, soils, humans, aromas... A real love at first sight that took place in 2015. I quickly wanted to share this pleasure with you all: I was going to train as a barista and roaster. I consider that being an entrepreneur gives me the opportunity and freedom to be a positive initiator for my immediate environment. With time and encounters, I realize that, beyond choosing local coffees that respect nature and humans, I want to become a real positive and impacting actor in my own region!Read their story
