Amsterdam Republic has grown from a small brand to one of the best known names in Amsterdam nightlife and is available at the larger liquor stores. Our adventure began in 2003 with an accident. We crashed our car into a typical Amsterdam pole on the Geldersekade in Amsterdam. This accident gave us an idea: bottles with great flavours in the shape of the iconic Amsterdam pole. We then went in search of a suitable glass manufacturer. That wasn’t easy, because the glass had to be completely transparent and pure. “If there is just a hint of green in it, the contents immediately resemble canal water.” After a long search, we found a manufacturer who also makes perfume bottles for Dior and Chanel. Our vodka had to be our own recipe, perfectly composed and also made in Amsterdam. In the end, we found a great distilling partner who shared our vision. Together, we created a perfect blend and perfected our distillation process. We did not sit still and started making liquorettes as well as spirits. With immensely delicious flavours, we have a drink for everyone. In our first year, we sold three thousand litres, which increased to 45,000 litres in 2008 and we have been growing every year since.

At Pascual Berganzo we are a 100% family owned and artisan winery. We specialize in carbonic maceration wines (harvest wines) and other high-quality Rioja Alavesa wines. We are in the heart of Samaniego, the golden mile of Rioja Alavesa. My Pascual Berganzo family's wineries date back to the 17th century. In fact, you can visit the cellars in the wine cellar. My father, Eduardo Pascual, was part of the new generation of harvesters in the 80s. They were responsible for making aromatic young wines in stone wineries. Nowadays we continue to respect tradition, but we have also incorporated stainless steel tanks to produce other high-quality wines and help us control the temperature in white and aged wines. With deep roots in the restaurant and bar industry, husband and wife team Joe and MariElena Raya sought out to simplify the process of making craft cocktails at home. After years in the F&B industry, they began manufacturing Bittermilk - a line of cocktail mixers made by bartenders for cocktail enthusiasts. Crafted with real ingredients and bottled by our own human hands in Charleston, SC. Made with whole, all-natural and unique ingredients, each of the products use a bittering agent, a sweetener and an acid to achieve a balanced cocktail. Bittermilk highlights the ingredients that bring bitterness to the cocktail, an important part of a balanced cocktail, hence the name Bittermilk. Inspired by what goes into making a classic cocktail, we add complimenting botanicals and aromatics to brighten flavor and then use creative techniques to maximize flavors, such as burning, smoking, barrel aging, charring and macerating. The Medolago Albani Winery is located on the hills of Redona in the Municipality of Trescore Balneario, at the entrance of the Cavallina Valley, along the Bergamo-Lovere state road. The 23 hectares of vineyards have optimal exposure in a basin facing midday. The calcareous-clay soils and the excellent micro-climate have favored the cultivation of vines for centuries. In fact, the church and the cellar date back to the early sixteenth century, the nucleus of an ancient hermitage with agricultural activity. The current manor house is an excellent example of eighteenth-century architecture. The ancient winemaking vocation of the area is also evidenced by the grandiose fresco of the “Christ of the Vineyards” made by Lorenzo Lotto in 1524 in the Suardi Chapel in Trescore, a couple of kilometers from the Medolago Albani winery, which, in turn, preserves a precious canvas of the nineteenth school dated 1536, depicting Saint Catherine of Alexandria. The constant replanting of the vineyards with fine clones and modern winemaking equipment allows the Medolago Albani winery to renew itself in tradition while continuing to guarantee typical wines of great personality. Adhering to the Lombard Wine Tourism Movement and the Valcalepio Doc Protection Consortium, the Medolago Albani winery is equipped to receive, by reservation, visits by individuals or groups.
