In our hometown of Vienna, you will find our charming Risottomio Manifattura, where we passionately create, test, and optimize every single risotto and rice pudding for you.

Lawrence Wu is a second generation Asian American who grew up in his parents' restaurant business, which spanned across northern and central New Jersey.
