We are Panagiotis Karamfillidis and Lazaros Kostadimas, two entrepreneurs with unmistakably Greek spices. And with an insatiable passion for Greek cuisine. Especially for olive oil in all its facets. We want to delight people's palates with passionate and natural Greek delicacies. Because we are also happy to share our passion and love for special foods with other culinary lovers. Out of respect for nature and people, we therefore only use natural raw materials and, if possible, from organic farming. Authentic | Handmade | Authentic — Genuine Greek cuisine. Without exception, we produce our products from small manufacturers in Greece. We are proud to present you a selection of Greek cuisine and its ingredients. On our own, we would also like to take you away in a new, sophisticated cuisine. That's why we are in constant contact with our partners and suppliers to guarantee the best possible quality and develop new extraordinary creations that set us apart from the crowd. From setting up and using raw materials to manufacturing our products, we make sure that the production chain has been designed to be as gentle and sustainable as possible. Our entire product range is free from any additives. We don't use flavor enhancers, no artificial colors.

Honest Toil

Honest Toil is run by Tom & Juli, a small project based just south of Kyparissia, on the west coast of the Peloponnese, Greece. We harvest our own small olive groves, and also work together with other small-holders and the local olive press. As the two of us have a uniquely direct control over the whole process, from picking to pressing and packing, we can make sure that it really is just as simple as it should be, and really keep sustainability at the core of the project. The olives used for our oil come exclusively from small family farms, and are hand-harvested using traditional methods, without industrial machinery, unnecessary strain on the tree or the disruption of wildlife. The olives are pressed in the family-owned village press and the oil is packed locally.

That is why you leave the sourcing to us. Since we rolled off a cross-channel ferry in 1991 with a car boot full of Monsieur Soler’s glossy Provençal olives, we have not stopped following the sun, tasting, creating, testing, re-working, asking what you think, then going back and doing it all again. Our range might have grown over the decades – we now source quality antipasti, grains, pastes and vinegars from across the Mediterranean – but our mantra remains the same: to respect and add value to ingredients.
