Elvang Repurposing Since 2003, we at Elvang have had a strong bond with Peru, where the production of our alpaca products first sprouted, and where employees at local weaving mills still today produce plaids and pillows with Nordic aesthetics and traditional Peruvian craftsmanship. Therefore, it is a natural step for us to launch the Elvang Repurposing project, where products return to Peru. Here the products get new life and new forms, and here they can again create value in the local community. With Elvang Repurposing, Elvang products are donated to vulnerable women in Peru, who with their unique handicraft skills transform pillows and plaids into new products that they can sell in Peru and thus build a revenue base. Founder of Sackcloth & Ashes, Bob Dalton was inspired to help the homeless population when his mother found herself living on the streets in 2013. Because of his mother's journey, he was inspired to call his local homeless shelters to ask what they needed most - they all said blankets. That's when he found We highlight grassroots organizations that are creating solutions for helping the homeless. The blankets that we donate, although a real and practical need, are third party objects that connect us to amazing people and organizations doing incredible work on a grassroots level - in which we can help support and promote. Ramatex International Corporation, based in West Palm Beach, Florida, serves as a distribution center for our manufacturing plants in Mexico and China. This strategically located distribution center was established in the U.S. due to the great demand for our products in North America. This location allows us to be closer to our customers' requirements and needs resulting in prompt deliveries and top quality service. Ramatex International manufactures EARTH RAGZ©, Baja Joe, Iguana Jack and Cabin Fever with most of our garments, accessories and blankets being made with 100% recycled fibers. We manufacture our own yarns called "ecoyarns", and we weave our own exceptional 100% environmentally friendly fabric with performance and technological properties. This unique weave pattern allows for extra breathability while creating tiny pockets that store and maintain warm air. The extra napping of the fibers enhances the thermal-properties of the fabric for added warmth, comfort and texture. These products have become a phenomenon to the industry, virtually taking the active apparel market by storm. Ramatex International's EARTH RAGZ© has helped to change the way consumers purchase products; instilling a consciousness about preserving the Earth, recycling and buying products made of recycled contents to close the loop. For every EARTH RAGZ© garment that you purchase, you are directly preventing 2.4 lbs. of textile material from going into landfills. This number increases to 7.2

Alpaca Threadz all started on the idea to support local Andean cultures amongst the 2020 pandemic that swept the globe. LeAnn also the owner of an adventure travel company, was forced to put her thriving travel business on hold in March of 2020, her energy shifted to finding a way to support the indigenous communities that had also been impacted by the shutdown of tourism, which was the main source of income for these communities in Peru and Ecuador. From this Alpaca Threadz was born. Alpaca Threadz is a fair trade and ethical company seeking to support Andean Artisan communities who handcraft alpaca wool blankets, clothing and accessories in remote regions of Ecuador and Peru. We connect clients & retailers around the world interested in connecting with and creating social progress for these indigenous people. Through this connection, Alpaca Threadz aims to support this amazing culture and preserve the production of these textiles and the tradition of utilizing the highest grade fibers on the planet that can only come from Alpacas. Additionally, Alpaca Threadz gives back an additional 10% of profits back to these local families to provide support to keep these localized businesses running. Setting a trajectory of growth for these small artisan communities and families. We guarantee that these alpaca wool threads that are woven into high quality products will be one of your most treasured items, and we stand by our products and artisans.

So Cosy began life with no name, on a market stall in Spitalfields. Soon it became obvious that we had an amazing product; people just loved our beautiful, luxurious blankets made only from the finest alpaca, merino and sheep wools. It was great going to work and hearing comments like ‘the softest blanket I’ve ever felt’ and ‘it’s like I’m being cuddled – it’s so warm’ so the passion within us just grew and grew. Determined to make a real go of our hobby, we got a regular pitch at St Albans market and after a really successful weekend at the Country Living Show in 2011, we decided to leave our day jobs and focus solely on our new company, now named So Cosy Ltd. As a former fashion designer and pattern cutter, Rimsky has a keen eye for design, textiles and colour. Vilija also comes from an artistic background and together their knowledge allows them to design and create beautiful throws and blankets, both traditional and modern, to complement all interiors. Rimsky and Vilija know their oh-so-cosy blankets and throws will offer comfort and luxury to every person lucky enough to own one. We have always been, and always will be, an ethical brand. We believe in keeping the manufacture of our pure alpaca throws within Peru to help the local economy. We only use natural dyes to colour our products. We offer all customers, whether they are new or existing, honest advice on which blanket would best suit their needs, on care and washing instructions.

No matter what's going on in your busy life or how the weather might surprise you, our colourful designs and touchy-feely materials will bring back a smile to your face and a spring in your step. The idea of the brand came about on a chilly day in November 2016, whilst strolling along the Thames. The day turned out to be colder than expected and we started longing for a cosy fireplace, warm blankets and snug socks. And, just as it began raining, a heating & plumbing van parked in front of us, and voilà: the brand was born. Heating & Plumbing London was born out of our love for beautifully crafted, comfy & cosy products that have a life beyond one single use, fad or fashion, and as both of us are creatures of habit, we value things that gently fit into our daily routine and become part of our life. We are out to do the same for you with Heating & Plumbing London. Longevity and everyday beauty define all our products, which are all lovingly made in the British Isles.
