We are a small, woman-owned, food producer with the goal of providing nutrient dense and nourishing foods. We've been in business since 2013 and have expanded to 15 Bay Area farmers' markets as well as over 300 grocery stores nationwide. We source our ingredients from neighborhood farmers who care about the quality of their crops and preserving precious topsoil. Our business decisions are made based on the health of our customers and the impact we have on the environment. All our products are certified organic and packaged in glass jars. We never ferment in plastic vessels. We've won 44 Good Food Awards as well as 3 finalist awards. We have over 40 SKUs available. All our products are handcrafted in micro-batches in our certified farm kitchen in Hollister, California.

Pacific Pickle Works pickled vegetable products and savory drink mixers are all-natural and hand-crafted in Santa Barbara, California. These "West Coast" style pickles are known for their spicy and complex flavors and crunchy texture than can only come from preserving the freshest vegetables from the region immediately after harvest. There are 13 pickled varieties to choose from including the original spicy garlic ¡Ay Cukarambas! spears and the semi-sweet Bread & Buddhas. Pacific Pickle Works is well known for their Bloody Mary garnishes such the Good Food Award winning pickled green beans Jalabeaños or Asparagusto, and for the adventurous, Stokra pickled okra or the sofi™ Award winning Brussizzle Sprouts. Capobianco Organic Farm is an organic farm located in Puglia in the countryside of Foggia. It is a young project, born by Rachele and Vincenzo Capobianco, whose roots can count on family experience in the agri-food sector for more than four generations. The common thread of this project is the dualism between tradition and innovation. We offer canned tomatoes, a traditional product, but with a modern twist. On the one hand, applying the innovative principles of Symbiotic Agriculture and selecting new tomato varieties, different from what is found on the market. On the other hand, presenting the products in a packaging with a modern and elegant design. All through full control of the supply chain, from the plant to the finished product.

We are a 50 Acre certified organic vegetable farm. We produce srirachas, salsas, and other products using our own produce.

As a family we could not be any prouder of our origins. What stemmed from a love of good eats and good memories has turned into an even bigger desire to share Southern made products based on family recipes and natural food the way it was meant to be enjoyed. Aye Pickled is a family business based in Edinburgh. We hand make gourmet pickles and live cultured ferments for YOU. We’ve always had a passion for pickled and fermented foods – the tang, crunch, fizz and the sweet, sharp and sour flavours are all winners for us. But for a long time we couldn’t find anything on the local market to satisfy our cravings. So we started making our own. We do everything by hand, using traditional techniques, yet our award-winning range is vibrant, bold and innovative.

Hello, we're Olives Et Al in Dorset, UK. 2024 is our 31st year of creating, sourcing & supplying authentic foods & ingredients from recipes collected on our original year-long motorcycle journey around the Mediterranean, and on the many more miles we’ve covered since. The Journey In the early 90s, Giles and Annie Henschel embarked on a year-long adventure that would be the inspiration for Olives Et Al. Travelling on motorbikes through the Mediterranean, the Middle East and North Africa, they fell in love with the food they ate along the way. They couldn’t gather many souvenirs, but did gather recipes hoping to re-capture the essence of their experiences by recreating at home the foods they had enjoyed abroad. Using all the knowledge they’d collected during their travels, they launched Olives Et Al in 1993 to satisfy their own culinary cravings and to share great Olives with a wider audience. In April 2024 Giles & Annie took those same bikes on a journey again with the purpose of discovering how climate change is affecting the Olive harvest which have been failing. Olives Et Al has spent 30+ years developing an extraordinary range of award-winning products from Kiln Roasted Nuts & Snacks to unique Dressings, Sauces and Condiments plus, of course, our incredible Olives. A percentage of ALL sales goes towards addressing food insecurity in the UK. One of the oldest forms of food preservation, foods made using fermentation have played a significant role in our food system for thousands of years. The preservation power of fermentation allows us to extend the life of perfectly edible fruit and veg for longer, in an energy efficient manner. Since we began in 2019, our business has been dedicated to reducing our environmental impact in any way we can. That's why we reuse as much of our materials as possible and ship our products UK wide using at least 75% of up-cycled packaging material. The Crooked Pickle Co. was borne out of a passion for inventive and interesting pickled products that were sorely lacking from most retailers' shelves.

Twenty years ago, we started in a small one-bedroom apartment kitchen in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, using fresh produce from the Grand Army Plaza Greenmarket. Small Steps Towards Big Success... Between 2004 and 2009, our pickles caught attention when we won Best in Show at the Rosendale International Pickle Festival. This led to the launch of Rick’s Picks at NYC farmers’ markets and partnerships with Whole Foods, marking the beginning of our journey as a national brand. We became known for our hand-packed, all-natural pickles, made in season with produce from trusted local farmers. Our unique flavors and exceptional quality earned us numerous industry awards. From 2009 to 2019, we expanded into food service, deepened our retail presence, broadened our product line, and grew our distribution channels. In 2019-2023, we launched our on-the-go Snack Packs and introduced our bite-sized potato chip-flavored jars, while also enhancing our online platform. Today, Rick’s Picks continues to craft specialty pickles from around the world, blending the traditions of home canning with innovation. Crisp & Co. was founded in 2012 in Hockessin, Delaware. Founder and unabashed foodie Thomas Peter has a master's degree in biomedical engineering from Cornell University, as well as a serious love for pickles. He combined his two great passions, along with a background in molecular gastronomy, to create our award-winning, uniquely delicious pickles. As demand for Crisp & Co. products rapidly grew, Tom transferred ownership of the company to Derek Zukovich and his family of Stone County Specialties, Inc. The Zukovich family have been in the specialty food business for over 40 years and have allowed the brand to continue to grow each product on a larger scale while still maintaining the same care and attention to detail with each batch that Tom set out to achieve. Today, our lineup goes beyond the ‘cuke and includes our award-winning pickled beets, mushrooms, and dilly beans. We believe that pickling is not just a means for extending the shelf life of produce but rather a means to bring to light its potential! Finding authentic, flavourful kimchi in the UK can be a pursuit fraught with disappointment - a sentiment I've personally experienced far too often. Those experiences led me to establish Kimchi & Radish in 2018, born out of a longing to bridge this gastronomical gap. My goal is to introduce great tasting fresh kimchi to customers instead of bland factory packed kimchi and fermented chilli paste. At Kimchi & Radish, we are committed to replacing the common, yet underwhelming experience of supermarket kimchi, with fresh, artisanal kimchi that comes packed with delicious layers of taste.
