Baj’s Blazin’ Hot Sauce may be the brainchild of Jugpreet ‘Baj' and Jot ‘Smokin’ Sister' Sandhu, but our sauce comes from a family recipe created by our Dad over 25 years ago. Baj was always in the kitchen with Dad, grabbing ingredients from the fridge, opening tins and passing spices from as many cupboards as she could reach! Despite always wanting to be chef and not little helper, over the years she picked up a wealth of knowledge about food, cooking and - most importantly - chilli. Chilli is, and always has been, a staple ingredient in our household and we LOVE it! When Dad passed away, Jugpreet continued to spend lots of time in the kitchen. She loved making his hot sauce and began sharing it with friends and family. It was always a hit and we started to think that we should share it a bit more.
