Vemacity is a London-based designer of items that are made for gin & cocktail lovers. Hi, we're Harks and Kabir and we are two London-based friends who founded Vemacity back in 2017. We come from the quintessential capital of gin, London, so it's only natural that we are completely in love with gin! Professionally printed craft beer glassware. I offer a range of different style craft beer glasses, featuring different fun graphics created to put a smile on the drinkers face. All graphics are original illustrations done by myself (and then professionally printed), inspired by the craft beer industry and craft beer culture. As a beer obsessed designer I have, since Feb 2017, run an Instagram account called @thecraftdiaries as a way to try different beers and practice my illustration by having fun with the artwork; bringing the labels and stories behind the beers to life. As my followers grew and I spoke to more and more beer enthusiasts, I felt I could do something more with the account, and I noticed there was a hole in the market for craft beer glassware that wasn’t branded by a brewery. So during lock down in May 2020 I launched my first glass, my Juice Bomb tumbler. Since then I have sold 1000's of glasses and released 18 different designs.

Making handcrafted barrel furniture and decor in the Motor City The first barrels that owner of Motor City Barrels Robbie Lambert worked on were a labor of love—furniture for his wedding. Robbie refinished the barrels himself, but after the wedding, he wasn’t sure what to do with them. “My Dad is a very handy and creative guy. His job involved a lot of woodworking, so I called him up and asked if he wanted to make something out of a barrel with me,” Robbie said. The father and son duo ended up making an open barrel cabinet and posted it to social media to show family and friends what they had done. After it received a lot of attention online, they had ten barrel orders ready to fill. “I sat down with my father and said, ‘I think we have something here.’” The design they created out of those barrels was the Half Barrel Hide Away design they still use for their customers to rent or purchase. That brings us to Motor City Barrels today, where they are proud to say that their company has grown exponentially. Their customers come from all over to get furniture with some history for their loved ones as well as useful conversation pieces for their own homes. Founded in 2014 by Tracy Ridley, Created By The Ridleys was born from a frustration of trying to find that perfect gift which hadn't started its life in a factory abroad, whilst being of the highest quality and at an affordable price. Still working full-time, Tracy spent every spare minute shut away designing and perfecting products. When she was 100% happy with her creations, supported by Sylvia her mother-in-law, she spent her weekends exhibiting at local craft fairs and agricultural shows. Tracy has since given up the day job and now works full-time in the business. She also has her own fabric which lines all her products depicting water colour paintings from Dunfermline based artist - The Arty Penguin. Created By The Ridleys continues to grow its portfolio of products whilst keeping the customer at the heart of everything they do. Sylvia is retired, but is always on hand to help out at busy times and can still be spotted at the odd event with Tracy.
