Hi. We’re Ruth and Dave. We have two young children and live in the North East of England. We love the outdoors and try to get outside as much as possible. On our woodland walks, we have always told the children stories about fairies, dragons and pixies that live in the woods and all of the adventures they get up to. Our kids also love little challenges along the way to maintain their enthusiasm. They are always so excited to go on walks because of this! This is where the idea of Little Wood Walkers came from. All of our products go through a thorough processing system by our own seven and five-year-old chief testers. (Believe us, a lot of ideas have not made the cut. if it’s not good enough for them, it’s not good enough for you)

My name is Brianna Rose LMHC, RYT, and I am a Licensed Therapist, Certified, Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor, Eye Movement Integration Therapy And Trauma Incident Reduction Practitioner. I created the Hack Your Nervous System Card Deck as a way to condense the knowledge I have built from 10 years of mind-body study, with the intention of spreading easily affordable and accessible tools to navigate the symptoms associated with Trauma, anxiety, and stress. My dream is to be a part of creating a more self aware, embodied, compassionate and (of course) regulated world.
