Helena Himmelsbach is a studied Asian scientist and a trained Ayurveda practitioner. Since 2010, she has been traveling to India regularly to deepen her knowledge or to undertake sponsorship trips for the Shelter 108 e.V. association. She has been running her own Ayurveda practice Sama Dosha in Cologne since 2017, where she offers various treatments and massages, as well as supports people with nutritional or health advice as well as constitution analysis. She also offers holistic coaching with suitable yoga, meditations, etc., to accompany clients on their way to their goals (body of well-being, healthier nutrition, more energy, etc.) over a longer period of time. Since 2019, she has been selling her specially compiled Ayurvedic organic certified herbal teas under the name Buddha's Finest. There are three types of tea so far: Agni Feuertanz - it regulates digestive fire and is therefore a good support for the metabolism. Kapha Morgenkick - a variety for a dynamic start to the day or to balance the Kapha-dominated spring period. Vata Ruhepol is the third variety to date and, as the name suggests, it provides balance, peace and grounding. Very suitable for Vata types or even for the evening hours.
