Bull City Pepper Co. founded in 2017 by four friends that grew up in Durham North Carolina. It took us a little over a year and 40 iterations to arrive at our gourmet, Rambunctious Red hot sauce. We start our pepper plants indoors in Durham, then finish the growing process at Maple Spring Gardens in Cedar Grove, NC. Finally, we prepare and package each small batch of sauce at The Piedmont Food Processing Center in Hillsborough North Carolina.
