WHOLESALE AGREEMENT By signing up for a wholesale account with Sterling Kreek, you are confirming that you have all documentation required by the state in which you reside, to purchase products wholesale. Furthermore, verifying that you do not own or run a "buy in" group. To maintain the value of our brand for everyone, we ask that you sell our products at our recommended MSRP or higher (at least double the wholesale price). Please refrain from marking down Sterling Kreek products for at least one month after receiving them (unless part of a “site/store wide sale” (for example-a Black Friday sale, cyber Monday, etc). Any violations of these guidelines, could result in revoking access to your wholesale account. As much as we hate to tell anyone how to run their business, we need to have guidelines in place, to prevent buy-in groups, or people who aren’t trying to run a profitable business from ruining opportunities for legitimate business owners.
