Donegal Socks are the unique end product of the third generation of a family business involved in the manufacturing of traditional wool socks in Donegal tweed colours. The rugged patterns of mountains and moor intertwine with hues of wild sea and blue sky in the patchwork weave of colour that is Ireland’s Donegal. People visit from many lands for peace, tranquillity and renewal, and watch a centuries old tradition of sock making, a rare craft which has passed down generations. The natural ruggedness of our product is a reflection of the colours and patterns which reflect the wild and beautiful scenery of this region.

Stems makes the softest socks and tights to elevate your everyday. - Something for everyone, from feather-weight socks to Italian made ultra soft tights. Available at Neiman Marcus, Nordstro & Shopbop in the US and La Maison Simons in Canada Our products are made using the top manufacturers used by luxury European brands, and our yarns are technologically superior and run resistant. Created at a zero waste factory. Created by women, for women.

Happiness is something we all wish to have, but sometimes have trouble achieving. Modern life contributes to our anxiety; it's busy, fast-paced, stressful, and full of doubt. At the age of 95 (not a typo!), with wisdom, reflection and passion, Gordon Carton founded Happiness Is Inc., as a way to inspire us to find our happiness within. He knew it's impossible to have a lifetime of happiness, but the gratitude we can have for what makes us smile, and the connections we share with the people around us, the happier we become. And happiness is contagious. Gordon passed away in 2017, but his legacy lives on with his granddaughter, founding partner and Happiness Is Inc. Chief Happiness Officer Andrea Armstrong. Leading a small group of women working to do the right thing, the Happiness Is Inc. team is dedicated to making high quality casual clothing that makes you feel happy about your purchase. Live it. Wear it. Share it. Ethical Production: We value ethical production and being able to connect directly with the manufacturing process. Keeping our carbon footprint low, all our super-soft clothing is knit, cut, sewn and dyed locally in Canada. We even fabricate our signature fabric made from bamboo/organic cotton. In our early stage, as a brand, picking up an off-the-shelf product, made by someone else and decorating it would have been inherently easier…but being easy isn’t necessarily being right.
