I am constantly adding more and more styles and “collections”. Each one is handmade by me in Los Angeles. OUR BRAND Natalie Mills was born in Johannesburg South Africa to humble beginnings. Today Natalie is a passionate mother, entrepreneur & a catalyst for empowering women in the workplace globally. From a young age, Natalie had a love for Jewelry. She would collect sea shells during family vacations to create bangles & necklaces to sell to her classmates & neighbors. A passionate entrepreneur & Jewelry designer was born! Natalie loved to accessorize but on a modest salary she could only afford costume Jewelry which would break & fall apart. Higher quality Jewelry came with a much higher price tag & Natalie noticed a gap for affordable, yet quality Jewelry. In 2012, Natalie launched her brand which fast become an aspirational yet accessible women’s Jewelry brand across Africa. The brand quickly became a must-have brand that is now sold in major department & Jewelry stores. In 2015 the brand rapidly gained global attention & the company moved headquarters to the USA! Today – you can see the brand adorned by A list celebrities, such as Carrie Underwood, Halsey, Lizzo, Ashanti etc, and is a prominent feature amongst the Hollywood celebrities at red carpet events & Influecers. The brand is featured in major press such as GMA, HSN, Good Morning Texas, People, Glamour, Cosmo, Elle. Through 'Natalie Gives Back' we donate nutritious meals to orphaned or at risk children in Africa. Our brand’s slogan is a Culture of Kindness! “I believe a Kind World, is a better World!" Welcome to Aisling! Aisling is the Gaelic spelling of my name, Ashley, and means “vision” and “dream.” It epitomizes the goal of my designs - to reflect who we are, what we do, and our hopes and plans for future adventures. Aisling strives to bring a bit of fun and unique design into your daily adventures. Whether you are fishing on the river, hiking in the mountains, hanging with friends, or watching your favorite team -- we are here to supply you with an accessory that represents who you are, where you're from, where you've been or what you love to do. Our designs are hand-drawn, painted and photographed by me! The artwork is mixed media-based utilizing watercolor, acrylic, graphite, ink and select imagery. One of my favorite techniques is gyotaku, the ancient Japanese process of covering a fish in ink and making rubbings with rice paper. The inspiration for my designs comes from my roots in the Midwest, my life in Colorado and a passion for travel, As a company we believe that life is an adventure - no matter where you live or what you do. We believe in not taking ourselves too seriously and that fun is an essential part of life. We are here to offer you original, quality products to accompany you on that journey. We take great pride in the design and quality of our hats, we only use natural sustainable fabrics such as linen and cotton for our summer hats so as well as protecting you from the sun, your head can also breath and are all super light weight so extremely comfortable to wear on the hottest of days. All of our hats are made with an elastic adjustor channel inside the lining so that the customer can knot it to their own head size. So sizing is not a worry.
