About Florida Leather Co

Poofy Cheeks started on ETSY in 2008 after I had my first son. As I navigate through motherhood, raising my four babies into teenagers and tweens, I create products that also allow me to be present in each season of their childhood. Buying from Poofy Cheeks is buying from a momma working to raise her kids the best way she knows how. XOXO, Kelsey

Sparkle Being

Sparkle Being started in 2021 by a husband and wife team with the purpose to provide high-quality home products for mothers and babies. In 2023, Anco and Jason relocated to Cleveland with the aim of continuing their mission of creating beautiful and functional home products. All of Sparkle Being's products are crafted by hand with love and care. We take pride in the attention to detail in each product, setting them apart in the marketplace. Our commitment to mothers extends beyond just creating beautiful products for baby and home. We work with other women-owned businesses who hire stay-at-home mothers as employees. Anco and Jason understand the challenges that come with being a working mother and wanted to support other women during the pandemic. By providing opportunities for mothers to work from home and earn an income, they hope to make the balancing act of raising a child and working a little easier. Sparkle Being embodies their belief that children are born with special spark and it's our job as parents to help it shine, and it's moments, spaces and objects that spark joy and beauty to a home. Raising a child is challenging and rewarding, and we want to make it a little easier and more special for mothers.

Kamibashi

Kamibashi owners Kristen and Chris Daniels started Kamibashi (Japanese for "paper bridge") while teaching English to university students in Kyoto, Japan. A few months before moving to their new hometown of Asheville, NC in 2005, they read a story in an English language magazine about string dolls while they were having breakfast at a café in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Curious to see these small string creatures in person, they headed to the night market that evening, and the rest is history! Fifteen years later, Kamibashi is still going strong. What started as a group of 15 string doll characters has grown to over 250, most of which are designed together with the leaders of the two string doll groups we have been working with since the very beginning. Kristen, Chris, and the Kamibashi team never fail to be amazed by the creativity of their string doll artisans and their ability to make pretty much anything and anyone out of string. Kamibashi is a proud member of the Fair Trade Federation and the Museum Store Association.

Raven's Roost Boutique

Raven's Roost Boutique was starter by a mother and daughter who wanted to make metaphysical products more accessible.

Teenie’s Boutique

I started this company because the ingredients in most skincare products are harmful to the skin. My family and I suffer from eczema and are sensitive to others ingredients found in these products. I started doing some research to find better alternatives. I started with lipgloss because I use it daily. Then I started looking into exfoliating products next with be lotion and soap. I really hope you like what I have come up with so far.
