Julie is the Founder of The Vegan Knife. After being diagnosed with multiple food allergies as an adult, Julie created a line of gluten free, vegan, and allergy friendly cupcake/cake and donut baking mixes that everyone will enjoy! Julie believes that everyone should be able to enjoy a yummy piece of cake or a donut even if they have food allergies. This motto was Julie's motivation to create baking mixes that were all-inclusive and that were "Free From" the Top 8 food allergies." Julie was a winner of the 2021 Stacy's Rise Project, which was sponsored by Stacy's Pita Chips and PepsiCo. She was also named as one of the Forbes Next 1000 Entrepreneurs!
