About House Thirteen

House Thirteen is a British jewellery brand first created on the island of Bali where the founder lived for a number of years. The main collection continues to be made in the traditional silversmith area of Bali while the founder is now based in Hertfordshire with her young family. We strive to balance quality, sustainability and affordability with beautiful design. The jewellery is a mix of art-deco pieces inspired by the bubble gum buildings of Miami’s South Beach, and timeless everyday "foundation" jewellery. The designs at times play with traditional forms making it a highly versatile collection. Each piece is crafted from recycled sterling silver, and gold pieces are plated in 18 carat gold. Ethics and sustainability are at the core of the brand so all new pieces are ethically handmade from recycled materials, we focus on small batches using traditional methods, and use recycled and recyclable packaging amongst other measures.
