The Overseas Crafts is a brand specializing in drawing and pyroengraving on wood and offers illustrated objects in harmony with nature. The Overseas Crafts was thought out during a stay in the Caribbean in 2020 and was born in Toulouse a year later. My fascination with bucolic landscapes, floral motifs, herbalism and vintage spirit permeates my work. Through these illustrated objects, I want to share my admiration for the fragile and ephemeral nature that I love to draw so much, my unconditional affection for wood in decoration, as well as the technique of pyrogravure. These know-how I use make it possible to dress up my creations and offer them a unique soul. I am committed to proposing creations respectful of nature and to be totally transparent. On the way to a balanced approach between eco-responsibility and current opportunities, I want to focus on recycled, reuse and local: I get raw materials created from recycled or bio-sourceed materials and recover wood falls from carpenters. I take the time it takes to find eco-friendly, qualitative and ethical solutions for objects your customers will be proud to own.
