About Schlösschen am Mäuseturm
A winery. A family. Two generations connected by the same passion — winegrowing. In Bingen am Rhein, we, the Hohmann family, run the Schlösschen winery at the Mäuseturm hand in hand. My brother Luca and I are still learning a bit more about our company every day, which our parents, Stefanie and Michael, have made what it is today with a lot of love and passion. We, the 3rd and 4th generation, are working together to achieve the best possible results at the end of each day and to bring a unique, distinctive wine to the bottle for you. Feel free to see for yourself. If you've also always wondered exactly what winemakers actually do, then feel free to drop by my Instagram profile. There I'll give you an insight into our small but beautiful world.

The Domaine Mas Conscience is located in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac appellation, between the villages of Montpeyroux and Saint-Jean-de-Fos. Organic viticulture has been a long-standing tradition at Mas Conscience. The estate's vineyards have been certified since 2012. In 2020, the Domaine was taken over by Roman Kocholl and Audrey Bonnet-Koenig as director and winemaker, respectively. With the help of oenologist Claude Gros and after a period of optimization in the vineyards and restructuring in the cellar, Mas Conscience is pleased to present the first results with the 2020 vintage. "Between the Devil's Bridge and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, legend has it that monks would go from village to village for alms. They asked the inhabitants to give according to their good conscience! Wine and olive oil were then the most common offerings. The monks transported them on muleback, in jars made by the potters of Saint-Jean-de-Fos. Over time, these jars took the name 'conscience'! In echo of this legend, the mule and conscience have become the symbols of our estate."

Les Compagnons du Canon invite you to discover high-quality Bordeaux wines with original looks. Our objective is to find wines for you from winemakers selected for their qualities and character. We go to the properties (we are located on one of them ourselves!) to meet winemakers there, learn about their methods, their philosophy, and of course taste the wines (we have a sense of sacrifice at the Compagnons). Once we have found the pearl, we will try to find a case worthy of the name. For that: free rein and our imagination! We create the designs and print the labels directly to be as flexible as possible. As you will see on our site there are already plenty of creations available: more or less funny, more or less pretty, more or less subtle, we try to make them for all tastes. But don't forget that our job is also to make the bottle tailor-made for you. Whether it's to tell a joke to a friend, to wish a birthday or a project, we can help you. Are you a professional and want to have your own label for the shop or end-of-year gifts, while choosing the wine inside from our selection? No problem we are here for that! Many people have already trusted us: friendlies, associations, butchers, restaurant owners and wine merchants, among others.

Located in Coursan, in the Aude, Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec thrives at the crossroads of the prestigious terroirs of La Clape, Minervois, and Corbières, in the heart of Languedoc. Steeped in history, our 45-hectare estate is traversed by the Via Domitia, the ancient Roman road linking Rome to Spain. With this heritage, we perpetuate a centuries-old winemaking tradition by producing quality organic wines. Under the guidance of Cathy and Lionel Boutié, heirs to a family line dedicated to biodynamic agriculture, our estate expresses the very essence of its Mediterranean terroir. Respectful of nature, we produce natural wines without added sulfites, true taste gems. We also offer DEMETER-certified wines since 2022, where sulfites are used sparingly to ensure optimal preservation without compromising consumer health. Our passion for winemaking is reflected in ancestral practices combined with contemporary techniques. Each grape is harvested at maturity to preserve a perfect balance between sugar and acidity. Indigenous yeasts reveal the aromatic finesse of our white wines, while the reds benefit from extended fermentation. The result? Wines of rare intensity, reflecting the authenticity of our terroir and the talents of our winemaker. Explore our creations and come discover the range of our emblematic grape varieties.

Messing is a project by friends who share a passion for excellent wines and sustainable winemaking. The aim is to present a wine collection that was developed according to optimal conditions and reflects the natural environment in the wine. Our grapes are processed where they grow gently to ensure first-class quality at all times and to save unnecessary transport routes. In short: Brass combines quality and sustainability. Winemaker Hubert and sommelier Raphael will meet at a wine fair in 2018. The two already know each other fleetingly and arrange to have dinner together to round off the day at the fair. At dinner, Hubert gives deep insights into the wine industry, which is struggling with serious problems. This includes the fact that family-run and organic wineries can barely withstand the price pressure on the market anymore, as cheap industrial wine is sold at dumping prices. In addition, it has become clearly difficult for consumers to recognize what distinguishes artisanal wine from a winemaker. At dinner, the idea of creating a wine brand comes up that creates transparency, is creative and combines the two essential values of quality and sustainability. Under the label “Messing Weine”, top-quality organic German wines will now be created in collaboration with family-run wineries.
