Filiflavors is a Filipina immigrant-owned company that provides accessibility to Filipino food products. They started with providing a modern “pasalubong” (gifting/care package) experience through Filipino surprise snack boxes and products from emerging Filipino-owned brands from the PH and the diaspora and they've started creating kitchen staples under their own brand in order to make Filipino flavors accessible. Food plays a huge role in reliving great memories from our past but they also want to continue honoring their Filipino heritage by telling new stories through the discovery of new Filipino-owned products. Their products aim to bring the best flavors of the Philippines right to the doorsteps of those who are missing familiar tastes of home, looking to discover new favorites, or just starting to learn about Filipino food and culture. A portion of their sales benefits a couple of nonprofits based in the Bay Area. They also sponsor inclusive art classes for the special needs community. Their goal is to provide representation and accessibility to Filipino food and culture while supporting Autism and other special needs communities as a tribute to their founder’s brother who is on the spectrum.
