About Zum Heiligen Stein

Launched in 2010 with a restaurant and our own flock of sheep, we quickly started selling homemade products to our guests. The initial test phase was very exciting, in which we tried out various pestos, eggnog made from eggs from our chicken mobiles or elderflower syrup from wild elderberry bushes. At some point, the ketchup was added almost by chance. We actually tried to market the lamb in our restaurant and offered such a lamb bratwurst as a curry sausage. The sausage was very well received and the guests were delighted. But they didn't want to buy the bratwurst afterwards, but the ketchup, which was served with the sausage as a curry sauce. This is how Ketchup — Zum Heiligen Stein was born by chance. We started filling the ketchup into jars and selling it to our guests. In 2017, we contacted the first retailers and the ketchup was also very well received there. The ketchup is now on the shelves of over 400 resellers throughout Germany and can also be ordered online via your own and third-party shops.

Trotter’s Independent Condiments was started in 2009 by 22 year old Byam Trotter making chutney under the brand ‘Trotter’s’ from his family kitchen in Fife and selling to the local farm shops and farmers’ markets. Today Mr. Trotter is still at the helm of the company but we’re a long way on from manufacturing in his family’s kitchen. The planet is very important to the team and I so we try to reduce our carbon foot print as much as possible buy doing the following eco conscious things to keep us environmentally friendly. Like Kermit the frog, we like being green. Less than 30% of our waste goes to landfill. We achieve this by recycling and composting as much as possible including: Glass, tin, plastic, shrink wrap, paper and cardboard. Any packaging that we can reuse, we do and we try out best to source and use eco friendly packaging.
Blackfire Food is a multi-award winning, premium brand hot sauce company based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Since 2014 we have been producing a range of condiments to suit every palate and to accompany every dish, all of which use only natural ingredients, are allergen and gluten free and vegan friendly. Our sauces are all influenced by the city we love, Belfast. Chief alchemist, Tim McCarthy has been creating unique recipe sauces using some unusual ingredient combinations such as pear and ginger, mango and dulse (Irish sea vegetable) and carrot and fennel to name but a few. They are low in added sugar and salt and use Irish apple cider vinegar so they are not only healthy but very tasty. Our business is built on the philosophy of 'flavour first' which is the starting point when creating all of our recipes.

It all began on a day of lockdown in the summer of 2022, in the aisles of a food store in Valencia. Our founder, Benjamin, wants to buy spices, which will accompany his umpteenth home-cooked dish. But it's impossible to make a choice and for good reason. Spices are too often traditional and exotic, difficult to use them for a quick Tuesday night dish. On closer inspection, we are most often invited to travel. Tacos, tajines, paella... We then look for flavors from elsewhere and dishes that smell of exoticism. But once the famous couscous is cooked once a year, our innumerable boxes of spices often end up in the back of a cupboard. Our blends are precisely dedicated to simple and fun everyday cooking. We are here to shake up the spice departments of all your food stores.
HISTORY OF THE SAN AMADOR OIL COOPERATIVE The "SAN AMADOR" Agricultural Cooperative is located in the municipality of MARTOS (Jaén), part of the Campiña Sur, which hosts the largest population in the region. There are already archaeological remains from the Ibero-Roman era, and for decades it has been the town with the largest expanse of olive trees in the world. The "SAN AMADOR" Cooperative was established in 1960 as an innovative solution for small and medium olive growers in the extensive region. Currently, the Cooperative has 702 members and an olive grove area of 2,888.17 hectares, with an average production of 13,500,000 kilos of olives and 3,000,000 kilos of oil. From the traditional pressing system installed at its inception, the cooperative has undergone various transformations to reach its current state, where the most advanced technology in oil reception, extraction, and storage is installed. Similarly, the quality of our oil has evolved with the new consumer demand. We have moved from our traditional packaging of Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Peña de Martos" to embarking on the path of excellence with our brand "TUCCIOLIVA." Since 2007, our Tuccioliva oil has been among the most prestigious and awarded in the best competitions, both nationally and internationally, being the first cooperative in the province.
Calder's Kitchen began after the discovery of our founder, Andrew's Grandad Charlie's favourite traditional Piccalilli recipe. Nothing tickles like a Puckett's Pickle! Puckett's Pickles are wholesomely natural, gloriously colourful and joyfully British. No nasty preservatives, no needless food miles - just seasonal produce, bright fresh herbs and rich whole spices. My Grandfathers were seafarers who captained ships all over the world. They would return with weird and wonderful spices which my Grandmothers would use in their pickle and chutney recipes. I have taken these family recipes and given them a modern twist. As a child my most favourite meals were what my Mother used to call "fridge cleaners." Left over meats; cheese; bread; bubble and squawk (Mother would chuck in anything!) and of course my Father's amazing chutneys and pickles. The table would be laden full of goodies, the atmosphere was relaxed and the conversation flowed as we grazed - just heaven! Puckett's Pickles customers get that same warm feeling when they see one of our jars on the table, contentment that they are in for a good feed.
STEP UP YOUR GAME SAUCE! WE ARE CHIMILOVE.... A unique range of Plant-Based South American condiment sauces. Our brand was born from a mutual love of food & so much more. We ate, entertained and danced our way to CHIMILOVE. Starting with a love affair exploring the flavours I grew up with in Colombia, mixed with Jacques passion for cooking, we were soon hooked on exploring sensational combinations that took our home cooking up a notch. Testing & trialling condiment creations on friends and family, the CHIMILOVE condiment recipes started to form and, taste by taste, perfected. Natural flavours are everything to us and at CHIMILOVE we live & breath this in our sauces. We balance fresh, natural ingredients to create a great selection of sauces that are packed to the brim with unique South American flavours. Our sauces are produced in the UK and because we care about our planet, all CHIMILOVE products are packed sustainably. We donate profits for every jar we sell to plant trees around the world with the foundation, Just One Tree. Our range includes a delicious variety of Chimichurri's, Red Pepper & Jalepeno Aji sauce, Chimichurri & Mayonnaise, Green Jalepeno Mango Chutney and Red Jalepeno & Chipotle mayo to give you the ultimate condiment sauces that will elevate any dish. SEASON, DIP, DRIZZLE , SPREAD AND TRY THEM WITH EVERYTHING!

BeKind, BeHappy and BeSaucy, an award winning vegan condiments company with big plans and a big heart. Founded by three siblings Ezda, Dashal and Chan Beevers. BeSaucy launched in July 2021 with a range of three vegan flavoured mayonnaises. BeSaucy is a fun and creative brand that wants to change the way people think and feel about vegan food, and how they use mayonnaise. BeSaucy mayo’s are not just a condiment, they are also great as an ingredient. BeSaucy’s smooth and creamy texture and rich flavour will enhance any meal taking it to the next level. Inspired by our childhoods spent in Amsterdam enjoying amazing mayos with our chips we opened BeFries in 2016, the UK’s first authentic Belgian fries shop. With a menu of over 20 different sauces, half of which Chan made. It wasn’t long before we got requests from our customers to take our sauces home with them and BeSaucy was born.

Growing up Pat only ever remembered his mother being called by her nickname Pinky “a name Mum was given because of her striking rosy cheeks.” Pinky was a fantastic cook and when she passed away, Pat found that one of the things she left him with was the skill to cook great food, full of "Flava" for loved ones and friends. After a successful 25-year career running his own marketing company in the UK Pat felt that time to refocus his energies and follow his passion whilst, taking time out to be with his father in Guyana. The only English-speaking country in South America, with a completely unique culture and an exciting blend of Amerindian, Black African, East Indian, Chinese, Portuguese and European influences. Pat found himself visiting the local markets regularly, picking up fresh produce and the chilli’s that grow solely in Guyana. Making dishes with these amazing peppers, Pat was inspired to create a range of sauces that celebrate the dazzling Guyanese cuisine. This cultural blend provided the frame work for a distinct and unique Guyanese cuisine centred around the WIRI WIRI chili pepper also known as the "Guyana Chili" or the "Flava Chili". Over the last 5 years Pat has been working tirelessly developing the first range of Pat & Pinkys Hot Sauces to shine a light on the unique culture of his homeland whilst supporting the local farmers and the economy.
Started in Oxfordshire, UK by a team of passionate farmers and foodies, The Wonky Food Company makes great tasting products that also tackle the problem of food waste. From ugly onions to leftover limes, we pack as much imperfect and surplus fruit and veg into our products as possible, understanding that no matter what size, shape or colour, its the taste that counts.
A gorgeous range of unusual deli-type gourmet chilli preserves made in the West of Scotland. Items are handmade in small batches. A little chilli can add an extra dimension to both sweet and savoury food, bringing out the flavours of the ingredients. Each of everythingCHILLI’s products is made with this in mind, and so the chilli heat never overpowers the flavour, even in the hotter varieties. Chilli heat is great, but who wants to be unable to taste the true flavours? I carefully hand make all the preserves using a traditional artisan open-pan method and use fresh produce, local where feasible, and no artificial additives. All the products are vegan and most are suitable for coeliac diets.
