About Zum Heiligen Stein
4.8
Launched in 2010 with a restaurant and our own flock of sheep, we quickly started selling homemade products to our guests. The initial test phase was very exciting, in which we tried out various pestos, eggnog made from eggs from our chicken mobiles or elderflower syrup from wild elderberry bushes. At some point, the ketchup was added almost by chance. We actually tried to market the lamb in our restaurant and offered such a lamb bratwurst as a curry sausage. The sausage was very well received and the guests were delighted. But they didn't want to buy the bratwurst afterwards, but the ketchup, which was served with the sausage as a curry sauce. This is how Ketchup — Zum Heiligen Stein was born by chance. We started filling the ketchup into jars and selling it to our guests. In 2017, we contacted the first retailers and the ketchup was also very well received there. The ketchup is now on the shelves of over 400 resellers throughout Germany and can also be ordered online via your own and third-party shops.

We started From Dorset With Love in 2010 whilst Chrissy was on maternity leave after the birth of our second child, Jensen. With a skill and a passion for preserving our business quickly grew, even with Chrissy back in her “normal” job. Within our first year, two products attracted 1 Gold Star and 2 Gold Stars from the Great Taste Awards. This was an incredibly proud moment for us and it wasn't long before Chrissy was able to leave her job to take on From Dorset With Love full-time (as full-time as you can be with two young boys to look after!). Karl is now able to balance his full time job with adhoc design and production needs of From Dorset With Love so is often working late in to the night or during the weekends to help take the pressure off Chrissy. It's a true family business. In early 2013 we took the next big step and moved production from our home kitchen to a converted stable on the outskirts of Milton Abbas. We finally moved in in September 2013. We have gone on to win many more awards over the years including a much elusive 3 Star Great Taste Award in 2014 for our Dorsetshire Sauce as well as winning Best Food Producer in the 2014 Dorset Food, Drink & Farming Awards of which we were also finalists in 2015 and 2016. All of our products are handmade in small batches using the open pan method using as much locally sourced ingredients as possible.
At Olivias, the first thing we do is assess how the olive harvest, quality and size have been in different areas of the Mediterranean. Every year is different due to the weather, since we buy our varieties in different areas such as Spain, Greece, Portugal, Egypt. In the case of Gordales olives, which are the ones we use in our Original line, we have two production sites: Greece and Spain. Depending on how the campaign went (if there are different qualities and calibers), they are purchased from one place or another. EQUIPMENT We work with the best professionals in the olive sector for the perfect preparation and processing of our products. HEALTH We want to bring to your table a wide variety of healthy and balanced foods. SECURITY Miroliva controls the quality and selection of our olives, is a company with more than 30 years of experience in the table olive market.

The Nardelli family has cultivated the land and has been passionate about agriculture for several generations. The grandparents and great-grandparents of the young brothers Bernardino and Francesco were farmers, harvesting olives and cherries in the land still maintained today. Thanks to a particular attention to organic farming procedures, Sapori di Casa offers a wide choice of simple products processed and packaged by hand with genuine recipes, inherited from the local gastronomic tradition and handed down through generations. Thanks to the university studies of the two Nardelli brothers, today the company has also added to the cultivation of the food production of jams and pickles, made with zero-kilometer vegetables collected exclusively near Conversano, in Puglia. The company also produces everything necessary for preserves, including extra virgin olive oil. To these are added ready-made sauces, made with local tomatoes boiled immediately after harvesting, pâtés and cherry fruit juices.

In our family 'Lola' means 'grandmother.' We've all grown to call my mother ‘Lola' now that my sisters and I have kids of our own. Lola’s is also a minority-owned small business headquartered in the Midwest and it’s ‘Lola’s’ recipes that are at the heart of everything we do. The inspiration to start Lola's Fine Hot Sauce came to life in August 2015 when my mother entrusted me with her secret hot sauce recipe to make for a group of co-workers. She had been making this recipe for my family and her close friends ever since I can remember. When my co-workers tasted the sauce, they were blown away. After that day, I knew that I had to bring this recipe to the world.
Calder's Kitchen began after the discovery of our founder, Andrew's Grandad Charlie's favourite traditional Piccalilli recipe. Charlie used to grow is own vegetables from his back garden in South Shields, Tyne & Wear. We can remember Granddad using his own beetroots, growing his tomatoes and making large jars of Piccalilli at the end of summer. 2023 is a very special year for all of us here at Calder's Kitchen as we mark what would have been Charlie's 100th year (b. 16.02.1923) We started the business after amazing feedback from the public about our Piccalilli - a throw back to other people's favourite family recipes, at first attending farmers markets and other small events, We now supply shops, cafe's restaurants, garden centres and pubs with our 285g retail jars and now catering sized jars (2.3kg). Calder's Kitchen have won Great Taste Awards for all three of our Pickles, in 2021 our Traditional Piccalilli became a Great British Food & Drink 'Highly Commended' product with three other flavours making the finals. In August 2022 our Spicy Tomato Chutney was awarded a Guild of Fine Food Great Taste 2-Star rating. All of our pickles and chutneys are not only bursting with fresh flavour, but they are Gluten Free and Vegan-Friendly. We are happy to provide free samples for any prospective customer to try on request. Nothing tickles like a Puckett's Pickle! Puckett's Pickles are wholesomely natural, gloriously colourful and joyfully British. No nasty preservatives, no needless food miles - just seasonal produce, bright fresh herbs and rich whole spices. My Grandfathers were seafarers who captained ships all over the world. They would return with weird and wonderful spices which my Grandmothers would use in their pickle and chutney recipes. I have taken these family recipes and given them a modern twist. As a child my most favourite meals were what my Mother used to call "fridge cleaners." Left over meats; cheese; bread; bubble and squawk (Mother would chuck in anything!) and of course my Father's amazing chutneys and pickles. The table would be laden full of goodies, the atmosphere was relaxed and the conversation flowed as we grazed - just heaven! Puckett's Pickles customers get that same warm feeling when they see one of our jars on the table, contentment that they are in for a good feed.
STEP UP YOUR GAME SAUCE! WE ARE CHIMILOVE.... A unique range of Plant-Based South American condiment sauces. Our brand was born from a mutual love of food & so much more. We ate, entertained and danced our way to CHIMILOVE. Starting with a love affair exploring the flavours I grew up with in Colombia, mixed with Jacques passion for cooking, we were soon hooked on exploring sensational combinations that took our home cooking up a notch. Testing & trialling condiment creations on friends and family, the CHIMILOVE condiment recipes started to form and, taste by taste, perfected. Natural flavours are everything to us and at CHIMILOVE we live & breath this in our sauces. We balance fresh, natural ingredients to create a great selection of sauces that are packed to the brim with unique South American flavours. Our sauces are produced in the UK and because we care about our planet, all CHIMILOVE products are packed sustainably. We donate profits for every jar we sell to plant trees around the world with the foundation, Just One Tree. Our range includes a delicious variety of Chimichurri's, Red Pepper & Jalepeno Aji sauce, Chimichurri & Mayonnaise, Green Jalepeno Mango Chutney and Red Jalepeno & Chipotle mayo to give you the ultimate condiment sauces that will elevate any dish. SEASON, DIP, DRIZZLE , SPREAD AND TRY THEM WITH EVERYTHING!

BeKind, BeHappy and BeSaucy, an award winning vegan condiments company with big plans and a big heart. Founded by three siblings Ezda, Dashal and Chan Beevers. BeSaucy launched in July 2021 with a range of three vegan flavoured mayonnaises. BeSaucy is a fun and creative brand that wants to change the way people think and feel about vegan food, and how they use mayonnaise. BeSaucy mayo’s are not just a condiment, they are also great as an ingredient. BeSaucy’s smooth and creamy texture and rich flavour will enhance any meal taking it to the next level. Inspired by our childhoods spent in Amsterdam enjoying amazing mayos with our chips we opened BeFries in 2016, the UK’s first authentic Belgian fries shop. With a menu of over 20 different sauces, half of which Chan made. It wasn’t long before we got requests from our customers to take our sauces home with them and BeSaucy was born.

Growing up Pat only ever remembered his mother being called by her nickname Pinky “a name Mum was given because of her striking rosy cheeks.” Pinky was a fantastic cook and when she passed away, Pat found that one of the things she left him with was the skill to cook great food, full of "Flava" for loved ones and friends. After a successful 25-year career running his own marketing company in the UK Pat felt that time to refocus his energies and follow his passion whilst, taking time out to be with his father in Guyana. The only English-speaking country in South America, with a completely unique culture and an exciting blend of Amerindian, Black African, East Indian, Chinese, Portuguese and European influences. Pat found himself visiting the local markets regularly, picking up fresh produce and the chilli’s that grow solely in Guyana. Making dishes with these amazing peppers, Pat was inspired to create a range of sauces that celebrate the dazzling Guyanese cuisine. This cultural blend provided the frame work for a distinct and unique Guyanese cuisine centred around the WIRI WIRI chili pepper also known as the "Guyana Chili" or the "Flava Chili". Over the last 5 years Pat has been working tirelessly developing the first range of Pat & Pinkys Hot Sauces to shine a light on the unique culture of his homeland whilst supporting the local farmers and the economy.
A gorgeous range of unusual deli-type gourmet chilli preserves made in the West of Scotland. Items are handmade in small batches. A little chilli can add an extra dimension to both sweet and savoury food, bringing out the flavours of the ingredients. Each of everythingCHILLI’s products is made with this in mind, and so the chilli heat never overpowers the flavour, even in the hotter varieties. Chilli heat is great, but who wants to be unable to taste the true flavours? I carefully hand make all the preserves using a traditional artisan open-pan method and use fresh produce, local where feasible, and no artificial additives. All the products are vegan and most are suitable for coeliac diets.
