“Ayuna is a love story, the dream of a bird that travels between India and France. Its enveloping light brings us comfort and softness. Ayuna tells us about flowers, the sun, and the moon. The vibration of colors brightens our mornings, the touch of materials is a caress placed on daily life. Because whatever we do, we need to engage our conscience and our heart.” Ayuna was created in October 2021 by Anoop Sighn. He co-created the first models with a visual artist who shares his humanist and poetic values. It is the realization of a dream of friends where humanity and poetry are placed at the center. The aim is to offer quality creations, made in conscience, within a human-sized team, designed to last, at accessible prices and based on a responsible production method. The main source of our creations is nature. It always offers us inspiration linked to fauna, flora, stars and sacred geometry. Indian culture, of course, which permeates our creations, but also Tristan Tzara and the Dada movement. 1950s fashion for certain cuts, gypsy culture, Danit, Léo Ferré, Jean Luc Godard's cinema and many others...

We are Karo and Lukas and live in Bielefeld with our three kids. We love colorful fashion and big patterns. Unfortunately, we had to give up looking for clothes that look beautiful, are produced fairly and don't put too much strain on our wallet — but that quickly gave up the idea of founding our own fashion label. Fair fashion made in Poland After a long research, it finally started in 2018 and the first Don't Grow Up collection was born. The entire production has been carried out in Poland since then. The fabrics are first produced there, then printed using a digital process and then sewn in a small factory. All materials come from controlled organic cultivation. Close contact with manufacturers guarantees transparency along the entire supply chain. What ends up in your shopping cart is therefore without question sustainable, fair and free from harmful substances. The garments are also comfortable and durable, so that children can feel comfortable in their fashion and can play, romp around and discover the world to their heart's content. Big patterns for little people We love children's books because they provide us with all kinds of inspiration for the imaginative patterns. But the works of art by our nine-year-old daughter Franka often serve as an idea for new motifs. Some of her drawings have already been implemented and are often worn as garments.

Our clothes are made from GOTS certified Organic Cotton and include clever features like 2-way zips for easy dressing and roll down cuffs to give extra length as the child grows. Every item includes a splash ‘power button’, often hidden inside a pocket, which acts as a physical reminder to splash kindness and confidence, even at times when it might be hard. We launched towards the end of 2021 after growing frustrated with the harmful stereotypes found in high-street kids' clothing: pink, cute and impractical vs blue, aggressive and adventure-seeking. Research shows that gender stereotypes in early years can affect decisions and choices later in life, including subject choices, career paths, mental health and behaviour. We inadvertently reinforce these stereotypes through the toys, books, games and clothes we give our children. David Luke grew out of a small company that supplied childrenswear in the North West of England. A spark for inventiveness saw our founding partners David Burgess and Adrian Luke expand into the school uniform market where they have innovated some of the most iconic products our children now count as uniform essentials. From the quirky Skort to blazers made from recycled plastic bottles, we’ve found ways of making the ordinary, extraordinary throughout our 38-year history. Over the years, our business has demonstrated a progressive and highly respected reputation for innovation in sustainability. We were the first to develop recycled polyester yarn from plastic bottles which we used to make blazers. Gradually our passion for eco-uniform grew our recycled product range to include skirts, trousers, polo shirts and sweatshirts, all made from this marvellous material. Making this switch has enabled us to prevent 34 million plastic bottles from going into landfill which we can verify through our SCS Accreditation and love to tell all our friends about. In April 2020, our sustainability efforts were recognised at the highest level when we received the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development. This royal seal of approval has made us very proud indeed and spurred on our passion for doing our best by the environment while remaining committed to improve the products we supply.

Bella + Frank is named after two of the world’s cheekiest Italian Greyhounds. With decades of experimenting with different printmaking techniques from collagraph to lino, the Brighton based artistic duo, and great admirers of Matisse and Modigliani believe that art can ignite change in both an individual and a community.
