We publish ephemera, objects of curiosity, books to read and touch, and above all, use ‘old school’ craft printing. We always print responsibly, using quality paper and bindings, plant based inks and always at printers that respect human rights and the environment. We collaborate with innovative illustrators, supporting new talent, and inspirational design.

Texas Bookman was established in 1983 as a division of Half Price Books, and continues today with a tradition of fast and friendly customer service. Made in the UK, Salty Sea Sisters is a female founded online community, who's primary purpose is to connect and support women actively seeking adventures in the outdoors. It began in 2020 from the belief that through encouragement and connection, women could be inspired to try new things and gain the confidence to actively pursue adventure. We want to encourage as many of you as possible to swim, surf, hike, mountain bike, skate etc, and share your stories of connection and triumph along the way. Microcosm Publishing is a fiercely independent publisher and distributor that empowers readers to make positive changes in their lives, their communities, and their world. Our books and zines focus on subjects like gender, self-care, mental health, bicycle culture, punk rock, radical politics, witchcraft, social justice, bodily autonomy, and a community-focused DIY ethos. We built a successful book business by celebrating all the things that mainstream publishing deems too niche or incendiary to take on—and we're growing all the time, thanks to people like you! We also create stickers, pins, patches, card decks, and other unique products to help you express yourself, explore your relationships, and expand your horizons. We began in Cleveland, OH in 1996 and now based out of Cleveland and Portland, OR. In the beginning, we set out to save ourselves from not caring. But out here in the margins, we found inspiration in countless folks and communities who make us want to do more, and better. We've professionalized a little from our punk roots (where once we had zines in a milk crate, we now have warehouses), but Microcosm is still fueled by the dream of a better world, motivating us to share the resource we need to get started building it, right now, together.

Caroline Rowland is the founding editor of 91 Magazine, an independent biannual magazine which focusses on creative interiors and lifestyle while championing small independent businesses. 91 Magazine was launched by ex-photo editor Caroline in 2011 when she couldn't find the type of interiors magazine she longed for. One that was aspirational yet attainable, stylish yet affordable and that also told the stories of creative people, their work and their spaces.
