Founded in Edinburgh in 1989, we wove our way into the city’s fabric both physically (placing ourselves on the picturesque Royal Mile) and sartorially, becoming one of the leading cashmere merchants in the city. We create knitwear and accessories for modern living. Our legacy now lives beyond this historical city, with 8 stores across the UK and a reputation worldwide. We like to think of our products as sensory souvenirs. Mementos that when touched will you transport you back to the place you first felt Kiltane. It’s this transportive power that makes us the fabric of the city. Woven into the lives of those who live there and wrapped up as a warm reminder for those who have visited.

Lua is a marriage of the bohemian lifestyle of the California coast and centuries-old craftsmanship. Between visits overseas, Pat spent her time designing and creating new ideas at her Los Angeles loft space studio. The result is a distinctive and contemporary brand. Lua is a collection of true hand-woven and hand-dyed scarves in a captivating range of watercolors. Lua is committed to using only plant-based and natural fibers that are eco-friendly, biodegradable, and non-polluting. The adherence to these standards creates products that are soft, lightweight, and perfect for travel, proving sustainable fashion is a luxury. On a journey to southeast Asia, Pat found herself in a quaint community in Vietnam tucked away between expansive emerald rice fields and narrow unpaved roads. Her visit fell during the off-season from farming, a time in which rice farmers and skillful artisans dutifully harvested silk for the community. Watching how the process unfolds, traditional weaving techniques, rich artistry, and especially Shibori. Completely taken by the beauty and quality of the natural silk, traditional techniques, and craftmanship; Pat formed a partnership directly with the farmers and artisans. This opportunity enabled Lua to tell the story of the community through their signature collections of fair-trade handmade fashion accessories.

Natalie has always had a passion for creating and sewing. What started as a hobby that involved making bags and accessories for herself, family, and friends has blossomed into Natalie Therese, a business that allows her to share her creations with all of you. Natalie loves organization and clean designs. Everything she produces is simple, elegant and functional. Natalie is also foolish enough to think a product can be all of those things and eco-friendly to boot! That’s why she designs with cork fabric. Cork is a wondrous, natural fiber. It’s sustainably harvested from the bark of the cork oak tree in Portugal and transformed into all her wonderful works in her studio in Massachusetts. Cork is lightweight, waterproof, stain-resistant and anti-microbial. Mother Nature is a brilliant designer in her own right! Simple and sustainable. Clean and earth conscious. Natalie’s passion has only grown since those early days. Every piece she creates is lovingly made with the same enthusiasm and attention to detail as a piece she would make for herself.

Moult was created in 2019 when we met a young Nepalese man and his father selling beautifully soft wool and cashmere scarves. We chose a very small collection that fitted in with our aesthetic of natural colours and luxurious textures and started selling through trade fairs in the UK. We have a number of independent retailers stocking our brand which has expanded to include more scarves, British made Alpaca socks, Christmas decorations, Jute baskets, bags and pouches and a small collection of vintage inspired furniture. We work mostly with makers in India to increase and enhance our collection who we have found to be one step ahead of us in sustainability and enthusiasm to look ahead positively. Inspiring and humbling at the same time. We are very excited to continue selling through Faire and meet more new stockists in the UK as well as in other countries.

ROVE was born from a desire to find quality, long lasting knitwear and knitted accessories manufactured in Britain using British spun wool. The brand has evolved with the modern day need for sustainable, low impact clothing by offering organic, natural, recycled or biodegradable materials as well as a traceable production process. The bi-yearly collection showcases unique designs which can outlive each season and beyond.

Quality and originality are the key words for Les Belles Vagabondes The fabrics have been chosen with great care, choosing only natural materials, 100% silk or 100% wool for the winter, 100% cotton for the summer. The thickness, the quality of the weaving... we took the time to find fabrics that fully satisfy us. Similarly, for printing, we have chosen traditional Indian techniques that have an excellent rendering. Our scarves are printed in a socially responsible workshop using ASO free inks. Design is our asset, Les Belles Vagabondes are inspired by travel and all the discoveries that surround us and amaze us. Brazza is a scarf inspired by Bogolans brought back from Mali or Burkina Faso and also by three magnificent years spent in Congo Brazzaville. Another destination: the Urals with its wild herbs or cranes. The Octave or Symphony scarves were born from the discovery of Ernst Chladni's fascinating work on the figures of sound... Each scarf is born from a drawing... The Belles Vagabondes are fashion accessories born with passion...

Felix Green bandanas are created from hand-drawn designs, inspired by nature and the outdoors. All of our scarves only use natural pigments and are screen printed on 100% organic cotton. Our bandanas are also sourced and produced with fairtrade partners and all materials are certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard.

I started The Mane Dealer in November 2007 and never ever thought it would be where it is today. A collection of own brand products growing every year and focused solely on bringing Mane Dealer clients new and old what they ask for. With a 40 year background in the equestrian world and exceptional experience in large scale retail with high street brands, I feel I am equipped to give Mane Dealer customers a unique service and a first class shopping experience.
