Hillary Danner enjoyed an early acting career in Los Angeles. After starting a family and moving into a historic home in Highland Park -- she set the stage for her own second act. Hillary transformed an unexpected bounty of pepper vines & fruit trees by teaching herself how to preserve her growing piles of fruit so she could savor the seasons year-round. Dozens of batches (and maybe a few scorched pots) later, Jenkins Jellies was born. It was incredibly rewarding, and people went crazy for her fig preserves and citrus marmalades. She started selling the jellies at local LA food shows and artisanal markets. Picking the seven prettiest peppers from her backyard garden, she stumbled into making her own premium line of all-natural pepper jelly. Savory, sweet & irresistibly spicy, Jenkins infuses an iconic Southern treat with a fresh coastal twist.
