He underwent systematic training in Shanghai to master many culinary skills. In the 1990s, Chef John became a chef in a five-star hotel and worked in the highest levels of the culinary industry. In 2009, Chef John participated in an “International Chinese Culinary Competition" held in New York. His exceptional cooking skills and steady performance led him to stand out among many famous chefs from all over the world. He was awarded the gold medal in Huaiyang cuisine.
