Being a Taiwanese-Italian family, in our kitchen we understand quite well the importance of quality foods. What we eat matters! Especially when it comes to everyday kitchen staples like Olive Oil, as benefits (or detriments) compound over a lifetime. Masseria was born out of the desire to provide anyone access to the same high-quality ingredients like the ones we grew up with. Our focus is on small production, premium staples that reflect our commitment to health, sustainability, and fair business pratices. Just like wine, the highest quality Olive Oil is in very scarce supply and in extremely high demand. The best quality Olive Oil doesn’t make it to stores since producers sell out of quality product before the olives are even harvested from the trees.
