Founder Kelley Scanlin began sprouting, soaking, and air-crisping nuts and seeds long before it was a trend. What she developed became the Day Spa Process™, a gentle soak, rinse, and slow Air Crisped™ finish that supports easier digestion and brings out natural flavor without high heat or added oils for the crisping process.
