About Judy Z's
Judy Z was a Real Person. Home was always where Judy’s heart was, and so was her food. A friend, a sister, a Babci (grandma in Polish), and most importantly, a mother to all, Judy Z thrived on giving both delicious home plates and advice. Besides her three sons, her kitchen was her passion, and her house in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, was where everyone called home. In the old days, there wasn’t a time when you wouldn’t find yourself sitting at her kitchen table, which was actually built from an old piece of butcher’s block, talking about life and eating food (maybe even indulging in a tasty libation). For all those who sat there, Judy imparted whimsical morsels of wisdom “to go” for their journeys through life. While her wisdom remained with her boys after her death, Judy’s precious recipes were lost when they lost her in 2013. By what some would call a miracle or maybe even the guiding hand of Judy’s spirit herself, her long-lost recipe book was found after seven years of searching, strangely enough sitting in a box under her youngest son’s desk in his home office – in plain sight. And thus this small, but powerful brand was born to honor her memory, love of cooking and her desire to feed all those who would happen to visit her home. Welcome!

Pilsudski Mustard was founded in the late 1970's by my great grandmother Betty who named the company after General Jozef Pilsudski from the Polish Army. The first flavor of mustard she created was the Polish Style Mustard with Horseradish and it is still our best selling flavor even today. In January 2015 I took over the company and quickly realized to grow the company we needed more mustard flavors. Now in 2020 we currently manufacture 6 flavors of specialty mustards, fresh hot horseradish and spicy bloody mary mix. Our hardwork is being noticed and in 2018 we were awarded a bronze medal in the World Wide Mustard Competition with over 300+ companies that was held in Wisconsin. Using quality ingredients to create unique flavors keeps our loyal customers always excited to see what is next. Mike Marcinko - Owner of Pilsudski Mustard
Trotter’s Independent Condiments was started in 2009 by 22 year old Byam Trotter making chutney under the brand ‘Trotter’s’ from his family kitchen in Fife and selling to the local farm shops and farmers’ markets. Today Mr. Trotter is still at the helm of the company but we’re a long way on from manufacturing in his family’s kitchen. The planet is very important to the team and I so we try to reduce our carbon foot print as much as possible buy doing the following eco conscious things to keep us environmentally friendly. Like Kermit the frog, we like being green. Less than 30% of our waste goes to landfill. We achieve this by recycling and composting as much as possible including: Glass, tin, plastic, shrink wrap, paper and cardboard. Any packaging that we can reuse, we do and we try out best to source and use eco friendly packaging.
At Smithereens mushroom farm, situated in the pristine wilderness of Northern BC, Canada, we're more than just cultivating and manufacturing mushrooms; we are passionate about health, flavor, and tradition. Our journey began with Marie-Eve, determined to combat generational Alzheimer's through natural means. This led us to cultivate Lion's Mane mushrooms, among numerous other varieties on our farm, renowned for their culinary appeal and medicinal potential. Our business venture expanded as we crafted exquisite products, including Lion's Mane and Oyster mushroom seasoning salts, mushroom risotto base and other products. We also harnessed the power of the Lion's Mane in a health supplement and for cooking purposes. We blend tradition with innovation, promoting the ancestral wisdom about mushrooms! Welcome to a world where mushrooms are more than food; they're a way of life. Mush Love!
We're passionate about making mealtime easy and healthy! Our salts and seasoning blends make it simple to make delicious meals that your family will love. It all started with a recipe that called for smoked sea salt... While planning a dinner for family, founder Terri Wolters came across a recipe for grilled sweet peppers. It sounded delicious, but she was not familiar with the smoked salt that the recipe called for. Coming up empty at local grocery stores, she set out on a quest to make it herself. After crafting a batch, she sprinkled it lovingly onto the peppers (stuffed with goat cheese and topped with fresh rosemary and thyme). It was the perfect complement! The dinner was a success and Terri was inspired to continue learning more about unique ways to infuse salt with interesting and unusual flavors. Today Terri has perfected numerous combinations of flavored salt that bring interest and variety to nearly any dish. Her exclusive Salt Flights™ allow customers to sample a variety of flavors and her pyramid-shaped Garnishing Salts also lend architectural beauty and a subtle crunch, enhancing even the most simple of dishes.

Calder's Kitchen began after the discovery of our founder, Andrew's Grandad Charlie's favourite traditional Piccalilli recipe. Charlie used to grow is own vegetables from his back garden in South Shields, Tyne & Wear. We can remember Granddad using his own beetroots, growing his tomatoes and making large jars of Piccalilli at the end of summer. 2023 is a very special year for all of us here at Calder's Kitchen as we mark what would have been Charlie's 100th year (b. 16.02.1923) We started the business after amazing feedback from the public about our Piccalilli - a throw back to other people's favourite family recipes, at first attending farmers markets and other small events, We now supply shops, cafe's restaurants, garden centres and pubs with our 285g retail jars and now catering sized jars (2.3kg). Nothing tickles like a Puckett's Pickle! Puckett's Pickles are wholesomely natural, gloriously colourful and joyfully British. No nasty preservatives, no needless food miles - just seasonal produce, bright fresh herbs and rich whole spices. My Grandfathers were seafarers who captained ships all over the world. They would return with weird and wonderful spices which my Grandmothers would use in their pickle and chutney recipes. I have taken these family recipes and given them a modern twist. As a child my most favourite meals were what my Mother used to call "fridge cleaners." Left over meats; cheese; bread; bubble and squawk (Mother would chuck in anything!) and of course my Father's amazing chutneys and pickles. The table would be laden full of goodies, the atmosphere was relaxed and the conversation flowed as we grazed - just heaven! Puckett's Pickles customers get that same warm feeling when they see one of our jars on the table, contentment that they are in for a good feed.
STEP UP YOUR GAME SAUCE! WE ARE CHIMILOVE.... A unique range of Plant-Based South American condiment sauces. Our brand was born from a mutual love of food & so much more. We ate, entertained and danced our way to CHIMILOVE. Starting with a love affair exploring the flavours I grew up with in Colombia, mixed with Jacques passion for cooking, we were soon hooked on exploring sensational combinations that took our home cooking up a notch. Testing & trialling condiment creations on friends and family, the CHIMILOVE condiment recipes started to form and, taste by taste, perfected. Natural flavours are everything to us and at CHIMILOVE we live & breath this in our sauces. We balance fresh, natural ingredients to create a great selection of sauces that are packed to the brim with unique South American flavours. Our sauces are produced in the UK and because we care about our planet, all CHIMILOVE products are packed sustainably. We donate profits for every jar we sell to plant trees around the world with the foundation, Just One Tree. Our range includes a delicious variety of Chimichurri's, Red Pepper & Jalepeno Aji sauce, Chimichurri & Mayonnaise, Green Jalepeno Mango Chutney and Red Jalepeno & Chipotle mayo to give you the ultimate condiment sauces that will elevate any dish. SEASON, DIP, DRIZZLE , SPREAD AND TRY THEM WITH EVERYTHING!

BeKind, BeHappy and BeSaucy, an award winning vegan condiments company with big plans and a big heart. Founded by three siblings Ezda, Dashal and Chan Beevers. BeSaucy launched in July 2021 with a range of three vegan flavoured mayonnaises. BeSaucy is a fun and creative brand that wants to change the way people think and feel about vegan food, and how they use mayonnaise. BeSaucy mayo’s are not just a condiment, they are also great as an ingredient. BeSaucy’s smooth and creamy texture and rich flavour will enhance any meal taking it to the next level. Inspired by our childhoods spent in Amsterdam enjoying amazing mayos with our chips we opened BeFries in 2016, the UK’s first authentic Belgian fries shop. With a menu of over 20 different sauces, half of which Chan made. It wasn’t long before we got requests from our customers to take our sauces home with them and BeSaucy was born.

Growing up Pat only ever remembered his mother being called by her nickname Pinky “a name Mum was given because of her striking rosy cheeks.” Pinky was a fantastic cook and when she passed away, Pat found that one of the things she left him with was the skill to cook great food, full of "Flava" for loved ones and friends. After a successful 25-year career running his own marketing company in the UK Pat felt that time to refocus his energies and follow his passion whilst, taking time out to be with his father in Guyana. The only English-speaking country in South America, with a completely unique culture and an exciting blend of Amerindian, Black African, East Indian, Chinese, Portuguese and European influences. Pat found himself visiting the local markets regularly, picking up fresh produce and the chilli’s that grow solely in Guyana. Making dishes with these amazing peppers, Pat was inspired to create a range of sauces that celebrate the dazzling Guyanese cuisine. This cultural blend provided the frame work for a distinct and unique Guyanese cuisine centred around the WIRI WIRI chili pepper also known as the "Guyana Chili" or the "Flava Chili". Over the last 5 years Pat has been working tirelessly developing the first range of Pat & Pinkys Hot Sauces to shine a light on the unique culture of his homeland whilst supporting the local farmers and the economy.
A gorgeous range of unusual deli-type gourmet chilli preserves made in the West of Scotland. Items are handmade in small batches. A little chilli can add an extra dimension to both sweet and savoury food, bringing out the flavours of the ingredients. Each of everythingCHILLI’s products is made with this in mind, and so the chilli heat never overpowers the flavour, even in the hotter varieties. Chilli heat is great, but who wants to be unable to taste the true flavours? I carefully hand make all the preserves using a traditional artisan open-pan method and use fresh produce, local where feasible, and no artificial additives. All the products are vegan and most are suitable for coeliac diets.
