Empowering Apparel + Accessories for the Modern Feminist, Witch, and Small Biz Owner Phoebe started Girl Gang Craft in response to the 2016 election when Trump called Hillary a “Nasty Woman” and she created a print of a uterus -thinking (rightfully) that abortion rights may be taken away. She turned the uterus emblem into a screen and printed on patches which she put on jackets and sewed onto little pouches. This then became the uterus enamel pin which is still around today. Her apparel line has expanded and so has her offerings- she started throwing craft fairs when she couldn’t find affordable events to show her feminist apparel + accessories. She hosts craft fairs in Oakland, CA, Salem, MA and Providence, RI. Plus, GGC offers a podcast and classes and courses to support fem businesses. She currently lives in Salem Ma with her fiancé Matt, and her pup, Lavender.
