We truly believe that real beauty starts from within and that nothing beats a materials authentic tones and textures, hence our love for concrete. Inspired by the world around us we believe the world is at its best when nature and its inhabitants come together in harmony, thats why we strive toward sustainable design, which is why we use natural dyes and water based materials to produce concrete sinks that will last a lifetime.

Growing up with the influence of my father’s fashion business, it was a natural progression to forge my own successful career in the fashion and design industry. This is what I love. It is what I am passionate about. And F.Y.G. has simply become the natural extension of my experience of and love for stylish, affordable and sustainable design. In creating F.Y.G. it was important to produce not just another scented product but an immersive experience. What started as a desire to re-capture my childhood joy of family holidays spent in Greece, then developed into a project of encapsulating a range of significant and beautiful experiences from the past. Whilst each scent has a story and individual character to evoke memory, feeling and mood, it was equally important to create modern designs – to fit in with and subtly enhance any living space. The Golden Altar - Originally began as Muse Incense when I realised how much incense was a part of my daily ritual. From meditating, cleaning or taking time for a cup of tea I always enjoyed lighting an incense and taking a moment. I wanted to bring that small ritual to more people’s homes. A time to be thoughtful, focussed or inspired. It was when my mum became poorly that I realised how bad for you a lot of incense can be. So I began to look into natural incense. I then worked on having beautifully fragranced incense that is made from natural ingredients and scented with essential oils, so they truly help you to unwind with a focus on aromatherapy. In a time when self love is more important than ever, I wanted to share something that felt like a treat but a treat for every day. Incense and eye pillows are where my journey with Muse started but more self love treats are on the way with the brand now being The Golden Altar there will be a focus on daily rituals, spaces and wellbeing.

Field Day was born in 2002 when Alix, a girl from County Down was inspired to capture and bottle the native scents from the fragrant fields of our Irish countryside. 
 We’ve been growing with you for over 20 years, and whilst we’re older and hopefully wiser, we’re more passionate than ever about our great Irish outdoors and creating fragrances that soothe and inspire. Mass production, this definitely isn’t. And we really do believe in stopping to smell the roses along the way… Our fragrances celebrate Ireland’s wildflowers, particularly the ordinary and especially weeds. Nettle, Buttercup, Ivy, Rosehip; these are just some of the scents you’ll find in our collections. Alix’s creativity and meticulously studied fragrance combinations have resulted in multi-award winning candles and collaborations. All our FieldDay collections are vegan and cruelty free. Our cartons are printed with vegetable inks on PEFC board from sustainable, responsibly managed forests. Our plastic bottles are made from recycled plastics. The rest of our range is plastic free. Our soaps are milled with RSPO planet friendly palm oil. Our sustainable aluminium folk tins and stoneware pots are perfect to re-purposing into a wildflower vase or pen pot. All our candles come with a seed paper topper to plant in vessel when your candle is finished.

At Brownstone we love a monochrome look and we also love home fragrances made from clean and pure natural ingredients. We have worked hard to create a range of unique fragrances made from blends of essential and botanical oils, combined with soy, rapeseed and beeswax for a clean burn, and a vegan soy base oil for a slow and consistent fragrance diffusion. Our packaging is very striking, with a look of luxury but without breaking the bank - when you buy Brownstone you are buying the product and not the packaging, all of which is fully recyclable and comes with a biodegradable cello wrapping.
